Meridian Audience Data, Inc. ("Meridian," "we," "us," or "our") builds and licenses privacy-conscious audience and advertising-performance datasets for brands, agencies, and media platforms. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and sell consumer audience information, and explains the rights available to California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").

1. Scope and Subjects

This Policy applies to pseudonymous consumer records associated with United States residents. Records are keyed to a non-identifying consumer identifier and organized into audience segments. We do not knowingly process the personal data of individuals located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, and the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") does not apply to these datasets. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 16 without affirmative opt-in consent, consistent with the CPRA.

2. Information We Collect

The categories of consumer information in these datasets include:

These datasets do not contain direct identifiers such as name, email address, postal address, or telephone number.

3. How We Use Information

Storage: Storage of this information is permitted. Records are retained in secure cloud infrastructure located within the United States, with access limited to authorized personnel and licensees.

5. Sharing of Information

Sharing: Sharing of this information with third parties is permitted, including sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share audience data with brands, advertising agencies, demand- and supply-side platforms, measurement partners, and identity-resolution providers. California residents have the right to opt out of this sharing.

6. Sale of Information

Sale: Sale of this information is permitted. Meridian licenses and sells audience datasets to commercial customers, and tokenized data assets derived from these datasets may be sold, licensed, or transferred on authorized data marketplaces. California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CPRA)
